These Terms apply when you use teethwhiteningmonterey.com, book with us, buy a gift card, join our text or email programs, or visit our studio. The business is Organix Teeth Whitening, LLC dba Teeth Whitening Monterey ("we," "us"). By booking or using our services, you agree to these Terms.
Our services
We provide cosmetic teeth whitening. We are not a dental office, and our services are not dental or medical treatment. Nothing on our website or in our studio is medical or dental advice. Results vary from person to person and are not guaranteed.
Who can book
You must be 18 or older to book. Clients under 18 need written consent from a parent or guardian, who must be present at the session.
Your health and safety
Before your session, please tell us about tooth sensitivity, dental work (such as crowns, veneers, or fillings), gum concerns, pregnancy or nursing, and anything else that may affect whitening. You may be asked to sign a consent form at your visit. We may decline or stop a session if we believe whitening isn't right for you.
Booking, deposits, and cancellations
- A 25% deposit is collected when you book. The remaining balance is due at your visit.
- You may cancel or reschedule at least 12 hours before your appointment. Your deposit will be refunded or applied to your new appointment.
- Cancellations made less than 12 hours before your appointment, and missed appointments, forfeit the 25% deposit.
- Arriving late may shorten your session at the full price.
- These terms apply to every appointment, including bundle sessions and Couple's Specials.
Pricing and promotions
Prices may change without notice. The price at the time you book applies to that booking. Promotions and coupons have their own terms, cannot be combined unless stated, and have no cash value.
Gift cards
Gift cards do not expire and carry no service fees. Gift cards are not redeemable for cash, except that California law allows you to request cash for a remaining balance under $10. Lost or stolen gift cards cannot be replaced. Free promotional cards given without purchase may carry an expiration date, which will be shown on the card.
Text messaging program
By joining our text list, you agree to receive recurring automated marketing texts from Teeth Whitening Monterey, such as offers, last-minute openings, and appointment updates. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel, or HELP for help. You can also call 831-250-3050 for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your information.
You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link in any email.
Photos and reviews
We only use before-and-after photos of clients who have given written permission. If you share a review or tag us on social media, you allow us to share that content with credit to you.
Website use
All content on this website, including text, images, and branding, belongs to Teeth Whitening Monterey and may not be copied without permission. Our site links to outside services, such as our booking and quiz platforms, which have their own terms.
Disclaimers and limits of liability
Our services and website are provided "as is." To the fullest extent allowed by law, Teeth Whitening Monterey is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the service involved. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under California law that cannot be waived.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any dispute will be handled in the courts of Monterey County, California, including small claims court where eligible.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date above shows when they last changed.
